With more than 50 registered student organizations at Newport College, you can't help but find your niche on campus. Whether your interest lies in physical activity such as swing dancing or bowling, academic pursuits such as poetry or finance, performance opportunities such as gospel choir or pep band, or political activism through College Democrats or Republicans, you'll find a group of like-minded individuals here.
A great tradition
While each student's Newport College experience is unique, we have several traditions on campus that give everyone shared memories. One favorite Newport College tradition is the Midnight Breakfast. Each semester during finals week, Newport College faculty and staff serve eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, donuts and more to nearly 1,000 students who start lining up hours in advance. Now that's what we call a study break!
